Google Analytics: With Google Analytics you can track the number of visitors on your web site, their locations, the pages they visited and for how long, and much much more. With this information you can improve your web site and its content to better suit your web site's visitors.

 

Google Apps: Linking your web site to Google Apps you can harness the power of Google on your web site. You will be able to link your web site's e-mails to Gmail and GTalk, Google Caledar and Docs. This increases productivity within the company and guarantees delivery of all e-mails.

 

Znet India Web Hosting: Znet India is India's Number 1 hosting company. With its renowned customer support and hosting services, I highly recommend this hosting server for your web sites. Although this might be a little on the higher side when compared to other hosting companies, you'll see where that extra money went once you host your site here.

 

 

Deliverables

 

• A working link will be provided to track the progress on a project
• Upon completion of the project and receipt of either the final payment and/or a receipt of payment, the final source files will be sent via the internet

 

 

Charges

 

• All projects are charged based on estimated hours
• Extra hours based on the process will not be chargeable
• Charges are on an hourly basis
• Hours spent on a project are timed and a report of the same will be produced on request

 

 

Mode of payment

 

• Payments can be made online directly to my PayPal account
• Payments within India can be made via a cheque in the name of Junaid Bhura
• Payments can be wired to my HDFC Bank Account. For international payments, a SWIFT code will be provided
• Payments are made on a 'milestone' basis. For small projects this is usually 50% as advance and 50% upon completion

Process

The following is a process which ensures smooth transition from design to development within an estimated timeframe:

 

 

Phase #1

 

• Establish only one point of contact between the company / group / individual and me
• This is to ensure all conversations are easily tracked

 

 

Phase #2

 

• All the requirements are outlined at this point
• I will be able to give my input to help you get the best out of our resources
• Any further requirements outlined after this point, during or after development will be charged separately. This is to ensure that the estimated working hours hold good
• I raise an invoice for the advance payment
• All data related to the project (designs, content, etc.) are transferred to me at this point
• Designs in Photoshop format will result in speedy development. CorelDraw files are accepted as well

 

 

Phase #3

 

• Development begins
• A working link is provided, where the project is uploaded onto a server for you to check the progress
• Suggestions and feedback are greatly appreciated. It is important for you to get involved at this point
• This is the point where you and me work together to develop exactly what you want
• Depending on the milestones, invoices are raised
• With continuous feedback and support from you, the project is completed on time

 

 

Phase #4

 

• Deployment of the project onto your server, if applicable
• Final files are handed over to you via the internet
• The final invoice is raised

Terms and Conditions

In order to streamline things, and to ensure both of us have the best experience in getting your projects done on time and without any "surprises", please make note of the following Terms and Conditions of our engagement:

 

• All projects are taken based on my availability to work on them
• Prices are quoted based on the number of working hours the requirement would take to build
• Prices quoted are non-negotiable
• Please give at least one week's advance notice before completion of a particular web design, so I can adjust my schedule or give you alternate days. For best results, please contact me when you close a deal with a client
• The final development cost is the cost given once you send the design to me. Any additions after the cost is sent will be chargeable separately
• Small modifications on the design once (less than 1 hours work) after development has started will be free of charge. Other modifications to the design will be chargeable accordingly
• I do not take up web site maintenance on a fixed contract basis, so maintenance is subject to my availability. Regular charges per working hour will be charged for maintenance and updates
• Charges for physical meetings are Rs. 500 per meeting
• Charges for client servicing (your clients), documentation and other costs will be separate from regular development costs
• Mode of payment: 50% as advance and 50% upon delivery on the final agreed cost
• For projects worth Rs. 15,000 and more, work will commence only after the advance is credited
• Costs are exclusive of the TDS addition. Please mention if TDS would be deducted, so changes can be made accordingly

Prices

The following are fixed hourly freelance development table rates for different locations. The difference in prices are due to the following factors:

 

• Average global freelance rates
• Time difference between India and the geographical location which might result in a slight shift in deadlines and working hours
• International client servicing charges

 

Please note that all prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and will be subject to exchange rates at the time of raising the invoice. Click here to check your currency against INR.
