In order to streamline things, and to ensure both of us have the best experience in getting your projects done on time and without any “surprises”, please make note of the following Terms and Conditions of our engagement:

1. A project will be taken up by me based on my availability to work on it
2. Prices quoted are based on the estimated number of hours required to build the project
3. Prices quoted are not negotiable
4. Prices quoted are based on designs and workflow provided to me. Any changes made to the designs or workflow will be chargeable separately, and accordingly
5. All designs, fonts, stock images and other assets relating to the design must be provided before Phase #3
6. Your client’s obligation to pay your business when payments are due is independent of my receiving payment from you
7. Maintenance of the web site is subject to my availability. Regular charges per working hour will be charged for maintenance and updates
8. Physical meetings will be chargeable with the regular hourly rate
9. Charges for client servicing (your clients), documentation, demonstrations and other costs will be separate from regular development costs
10. The mode of payment is: 50% as advance and 50% upon delivery on the final agreed cost
11. For projects worth Rs. 15,000 and more, work will commence only after the advance is credited
12. Please specify if you will be deducting tax at source (TDS) beforehand
